Who I Am

​My UX Research Experience:

  • UX Researcher & Strategist with 5+ years of experience across AI, consulting, gaming, & healthcare

  • Recently concluded my contract as a UX Researcher at Microsoft AI

  • I have a Master's Degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of British Columbia

  • I conduct mixed-methods UX research across the product lifecycle, from generative research to evaluative studies; here's my UX Portfolio.

  • I help teams move beyond usability improvements to identify unmet needs, emerging opportunities, and future product directions grounded in real human experiences.

  • Having lived and studied across North America, Asia, and Europe, I bring a global perspective on technology, culture, and user behavior.

  • I enjoy volunteering at local Vancouver UX events.
